My name is Ake Olumayowa Anthony,Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Shuuu Footwear, a leading footwear manufacturing company in Nigeria

 How and when did you get started? Did the shoe business choose you or you chose the shoe business?

ShuuuFootwear started in 2009. Then,we were selling other shoe brands imported from the United Kingdom and United States. We started producing our own shoes in 2012. I chose the shoe business because of my love and passion for shoes.

 How affordable are your shoes?

Our shoes are very affordable. Our price ranges from N2,500 to N20,000

  How lucrative is the business?

I believe every business is lucrative if you manage your resources very well.

 What are the challenges that you face as the CEO?

Countless challenges,but having to do a whole lot of things at the same time seems to be my greatest challenge.

 Why should I buy any of Shuuufootwear's products?

Simply because our products are very Light, Comfortable and Durable

Where can people get your products?  Do you have your own stores? Online?

Presently,we're appointing credible retail outlets and online stores to sell our products,that, in a way has created awareness for the brand.Our products are widely distributed in Ibadan at the moment(All Foodco outlets,Feedwell Supermarket, Ace Supermarket). Also,you can purchase our products through our facebook page,instagram or twitter and get it delivered to you at your doorsteps. Our website would be up and running very soon.

If you weren't in the shoe making business, what would you be doing?

Probably working a boring 9-5 job..lol..

Does your company offer discounts to customers?

Of course we do. Infact,we have a clearance sales going on at the moment. You can buy some of our products for as low as N2,000.

Where do you see Shuuufootwear in 5 years?

2019! I see ShuuuFootwear as a must-have brand. Just like when you think of toothpaste,you think Close-up! I want Shuuu to be,when you think of footwear,you think of ShuuuFootwear.
