EdeinCreationz is a brand formed by the, " Barry
Sisters" and are into jewelries, cake, and bridal dresses. I have known
the two sisters for more than a decade. We all went to St.Birgittas in Abeokuta
for our primary education, and Adeline Ogunlade Memorial Home Sec. School for
secondary education, so getting them to talk about EdeinCreationz was easy.

Our names are Adeyemi
Modupeola and Adeyemi Adesola, and we are the owners of EdeinCreationz
Tell me your
different roles in EdeinCreationz?
Adesola: I am in charge of the cake section
Modupeola: I am in charge of bridal wears and casuals
Both of us make jewelries. Jewelry making has been in the
family so we decided to add other things
You made mention of
jewelry making has been part of the
family business, what are you doing differently from your parents' brand
"Barry Jewelers"
Modupeola: A whole lot of things like more training, and
also creating a website where people can order jewelries. Also, creating modern techniques for making
jewelries, and then publicizing it for people to learn. Different things are in
the pipeline, and would be publicized soon

educational background
We both studied food science and technology at the Federal
University of Agriculture, Abeokuta
Which area do you
enjoy/most lucrative? Bridal dress, Jewelries, or Cakes?
Adesola: We enjoy all, maybe because we have been brought up
to work with our hands. But, I can't
sew, and she doesn't bake. In terms of the most lucrative, I will say jewelry
because it is not something people really do, it is very unique
I am really curious
about how you make jewelries, can you please give us a simple explanation?
Lol.. People should come for training, just kidding. There are different ways to make jewelries.
The way you make a chain is different from the way you make earrings, and rings;
but there are some similar procedure in producing all jewelries, e.g the
melting of the metals. The easiest way is basically "casting", and It
is not something we can explain except you see how it is done
Where can we get your
products?
We make customized products, and they are always preordered
so you can always go to our showroom or factory to get them. Our showroom is
located at Rafat Ajoke house, opposite target filling station, Asero, Abeokuta,
Ogun state. Currently, we are working on a website where all our products can
be ordered, and that will be launched pretty soon

Do you offer rental
service for the wedding gowns?
Modupeola: Yes we do. The price depends on the cost of the
wedding gown and the usage
